Return & Refund Policy – Orbit and Ohm

At Orbit and Ohm, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right — quickly and fairly.


1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase — whether it’s because it arrived defective, didn’t meet your expectations, or just wasn’t right for you — contact us within the timeframes below and we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with our policy.


2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Unused & unopened items: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Items that must be tried or tested (e.g., skincare, wellness tools, electronics): Eligible for return if you are unsatisfied or the product is defective, but may be refunded as store credit or replaced instead of a cash refund.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or not working as intended.

  • We may request clear photo or video evidence of the defect before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item for inspection.

  • Once verified, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or gift cards.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items can only be returned if defective.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

  • For defective or damaged products, Orbit and Ohm will cover return shipping.


6. How to Start a Return

  1. Email [your email] with your order number, reason for return, and proof of defect (if applicable).

  2. Wait for our return approval and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the label provided (if applicable).


7. Refunds

  • Refunds or credits are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless store credit is agreed upon.
